5. The Silver Waterfall and the Gate of Heaven – a visit to the spectacular waterfall, and return to Hanoi.
6. Tour in Hanoi – Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, pagodas and the Museum of Ethnology.
7. Shabbat in Hanoi – Shabbat prayers and meals at Chabad.
8. Ha Long Bay – sailing between islands, caves and karst mountains.
9. Ninh Binh and flight to Hoi An – cruise in Trang An caves and flight to Hoi An.
10. Rural tour in Cam Tan – basket boat cruise and tour of the old city.

Day 1+2: Flight from Israel via a layover to Hanoi, Vietnam – Arrival
Meals: Dinner
Welcome to Vietnam! Upon arrival at Hanoi Airport, you will receive your visa and pass through immigration and customs. After collecting your luggage, you will meet your English-speaking local guide. You will be transferred to the hotel for refreshing and settling in, followed by free time for an initial exploration of the unique city.

Day 3: Hanoi – Sapa – Cat Cat Village
Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
In the morning, we will depart for a stunning 5-hour drive to Sapa, a rural area with breathtaking views. Upon arrival, we will visit the famous Cat Cat Village, where we will admire the local women’s weaving and natural fabric dyeing processes. The village also produces handmade silver and gold jewelry. This experience will give you a special glimpse into the local culture and traditions.

Day 4: Sapa – Lao Chai Ta Van Village – Fansipan Mountain
Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
We will go on a trek through the picturesque Lao Chai village, visiting the villages of the Black Hmong and Dao tribes, and marvel at the green terraces of rice fields. From there, we will continue to Fansipan Mountain, the highest peak in Vietnam, and take a spectacular cable car offering breathtaking views of the Northern Vietnam mountains. We will reach the summit where we can enjoy the enchanting mountain views and the fresh air.

Day 5: Sapa – Silver Waterfall and Heaven's Gate – Hanoi
Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
We will visit the Silver Waterfall, a majestic waterfall 100 meters high, and then proceed to Heaven's Gate, the highest point on the road in Vietnam, with a stunning panoramic view. In the late afternoon, we will return to Hanoi.

Day 6: Hanoi – Friday City Tour
Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
We will start with a visit to the Ho Chi Minh complex, where we will see his mausoleum, Ba Dinh Square, and his stilt house. We will also visit the One Pillar Pagoda, West Lake, and the ancient Tran Quoc Pagoda. We will continue to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university. Around noon, we will visit the Ethnology Museum, offering insight into the diverse cultures of the country, and then visit the Hanoi Hilton Prison. We will finish with a cyclo tour in the Old Quarter. We will return to the hotel for Sabbath preparations, prayer, and the Shabbat meal at Chabad.

Day 8: Hanoi – Halong Bay – Day Cruise – Hanoi

We will arrive in Halong Bay and board a private boat for a cruise in the beautiful bay. We will sail between stunning islands, visit magical caves, and enjoy lunch on the boat. In the afternoon, we will return to Hanoi.

Day 9: Hanoi – Ninh Binh – Trang An – Flight to Danang – Hoi An
Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
We will travel to Ninh Binh, where we will take a boat ride in the Trang An cave complex, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Afterward, we will fly to Hoi An and transfer to the hotel.

Day 10: Hoi An – Cam Thanh Village

We will visit Cam Thanh Village and take a ride on traditional basket boats through the coconut forest. In the afternoon, we will visit the ancient town of Hoi An and admire historical buildings such as the Japanese Bridge and the Phuc Kien Assembly Halls.

Day 11: Hoi An – Da Nang – Ba Na Hills – Golden Bridge – Return to Hoi
Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
A full morning of adventure with a visit to the Ba Na Hills, one of Central Vietnam’s most remarkable attractions! We will start the tour by driving to Da Nang, then take a cable car offering panoramic views of the sea and mountains stretching to the horizon. During the tour, we will visit the famous Golden Bridge, supported by giant hands carved from stone, giving it a unique and iconic look. Afterward, we will continue to explore the area’s other attractions, including beautiful gardens, colonial buildings, and impressive statues. We will take a stroll through the green landscapes before returning to Hoi An for some relaxation and rest.

Day 12: Hoi An – Fun Half-Day Scooter Tour to the Villages – Hoi An – Flight to Saigon
Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
At 8:00 AM, the scooter drivers will pick you up from the hotel, and we will begin a safe ride to the villages surrounding Hoi An. The tour will start at the Tan Hoa pottery village, which has been around for over 500 years, where we will see locals maintaining traditional pottery-making methods by hand. You will have the opportunity to learn how to make pottery yourself, and perhaps even purchase a souvenir.
We will continue with a visit to a home factory where rice noodles and rice paper are made, where you can learn about the process and maybe taste some of the products.
The easy ride will lead us to Kim Bong woodworking village, where we will visit small workshops specializing in wood carving. Here, we will see how wood is carved and how wooden boats are built.
We will continue riding through the peaceful rural landscape along the river until we reach another home factory that produces traditional sleeping mats. At the end of the tour, we will return to the hotel to collect our luggage. We will then head to the airport for a flight to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon).
Upon arrival, we will take a brief introductory tour of the city, followed by dinner and transfer to the hotel.

Day 13: Ho Chi Minh City – Friday City Tour
Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
After breakfast at the hotel, we will visit the Reunification Palace (formerly the Independence Palace), built on the ruins of the Norodom Palace, a landmark in Ho Chi Minh City.
We will continue to the City Hall, the Ho Chi Minh statue, and the Central Post Office, built during the French Indochina period in the early 20th century in neo-classical style and designed by the renowned architect Gustave Eiffel.
Nearby, we will visit the Notre-Dame Cathedral, an impressive structure in the heart of the city, built by French settlers. The cathedral was constructed between 1863 and 1880, and it has two towers with bells reaching a height of 58 meters.
We will return to the hotel for Sabbath preparations, prayer, and the Shabbat meal at Chabad.

Day 14: Free Day in Ho Chi Minh City (Shabbat)

Day 15: Ho Chi Minh City – Mekong Delta – My Tho – Ho Chi Minh City
Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
We will leave Ho Chi Minh City and head to the Mekong Delta, often referred to as Vietnam’s rice bowl. We will pass through rural landscapes until we reach the peaceful town of My Tho, located on the banks of the Mekong River, where we will visit the Vinh Trang Pagoda. We will board a motorboat for a cruise on the Mekong River, viewing floating houses where fish are raised beneath the houses. We will continue along the river to Unicorn Island, where we will board a horse-drawn carriage to a place where we can enjoy Vietnamese traditional music performances and taste seasonal tropical fruits (included). Afterward, we will take a small rowing boat through narrow canals, with coconut trees hanging overhead, to experience local life on both sides of the canals. We will visit a beekeeping farm and enjoy typical honey tea from the Mekong region. We will continue to a home factory where coconut candies are made, where you can watch the production process and enjoy samples. After the tour, we will return to Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 16: Departure from Ho Chi Minh City
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
On the last day of your tour, you will have time to relax at the hotel before your transfer to the airport, depending on the time of your flight. You will then fly to your next destination. Arrival at night in Israel.
